Dr. Janet Mangum
Founder, CEO, and Director of Partners For Transformation
Janet Mangum is the founder and director of Partners for Transformation. She has over twenty years of experience leading and working with teams to better the lives of others.
Her leadership skills developed, led, and trained teams for international impact. She speaks in retreats, conferences, seminars and churches in a variety of settings around the world. She is currently working to develop evangelistic outreaches and ministerial partnerships which transform lives.
She is the author of Until I See, Peaceful Paths to Parenting Children with Special Needs. It can be ordered at amazon.com in both print and kindle versions. It is a book of encouragement for parents of the special children and adults.
Taking an active role to improve lives, she created and led support groups for parents of children with special needs while working in special needs classes in the public schools. In addition to helping children, she taught alongside chaplains in mental hospitals and prisons impacting emotionally handicapped teenagers and adults. She is married to Thomas Mangum, also a director of Partners For Transformation, with three children and seven grandchildren. She received her doctorate degree in practical theology from the International College of Bible Theology in Indiana.

Director, Partners for Transformation
Marnie Piuze has many years of experience doing volunteer work for schools, PTA, community organizations and churches. She has extensive teaching experience in churches and as founder and former Teaching Director of Community Bible Study, in Malibu, California. She speaks at churches and women’s retreats in the U.S. and at conferences in various nations. Her desire is to teach and train others in the ways of God for His kingdom transformation in their lives, families and communities.
Marnie is the mother of 3 adult children and a professional artist. She has served as the Board Chair of the Allied Artists of the Santa Monica Mountains & Seashore and is a member of the California Art Club. She serves as an elder and pastor at The Gathering Place in Los Angeles, CA.
